Are you engaged only in legal employment?

Yes, sure. You can find out our documents here. You can check up authenticity and the validity of the License for employment on the official website of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy. The agreement for employment with our company and the work contract with the company-employer are signed with each candidate. Entrance to the country is carried out due to Employment Visa.

Do you guarantee employment to each candidate?

We don't guarantee employment to each candidate, as we work only with elite institutions of the United Arab Emirates and these employers have high requirements to prospective employees. But also payment of our services is made only after signing the work contract with the employer. Basing on our practice, candidates with good qualities (experience, appearance, language skills, ability to conduct oneself etc.) have very high chances.

How often do you hire staff? Does it depend on a season?

Dates of interviews depend not so much on a season, as of needs of employers. We have vacancies at elite restaurants and hotels all-the-year-round, it is possible to find out open vacancies here. What are requirements to candidates?

  • Knowledge of English language: requirements differ depending on vacancy, for example, for work in department Front Office Advanced English is required, and for work in department F&B requirements to language are a bit lower, Intermediate English is sufficient;
  • age under 35 years (it is optimally under 30). Applicants, who are older than 30-35 years can aspire to the employment in the United Arab Emirates only if they have certain work experience (chef, baker, instructors, restaurant manager etc.);
  • presentable appearance;
  • work experience: on some positions is precondition (reception, bartender, concierge,  chef, etc.). Without experience it is possible to aspire to the vacancies in F&B department (waiter assistants, waiters, hostess, doormen, porters, housekeepers, bellmen, etc.). ADVICE: if you have no experience, vacancies in department F&B should be regarded as a GOOD START, but not as a work for whole life, since the majority of hotels with which we cooperate, give training possibility on various positions, i.e., working as the waiter, you can undergo training on a reception and in time you can get this position. Initially aspiring to the reception or front office, without having experience, in 99.99 % you will be refused.
  • possibility of coming to a workplace during one month after passing interview;
  • international passport availability.

What position can be aspired to?

Without experience it is possible to aspire to the vacancies in F&B department (waiter assistants, waiters, hostess, doormen, porters, housekeepers, bellmen etc.). Employers in the United Arab Emirates choose candidates very carefully and, in spite of a large quantity of vacancies, not everybody passes selection, therefore it is very important to prepare a set of documents correctly. What earnings are in the hospitality sector?

You can find out the wages on some vacancies in the United Arab Emirates in the section "Open vacancies". Many people wrongly suppose that the salary in the United Arab Emirates, for example, in hotels and shopping centers, doesn't correspond to the living standard of this country and is fixed at quite low level. We will help you to understand a payment question in the United Arab Emirates in details and to realize that the level of work compensation in Dubai yields to the index in the USA just a little, where the minimum remuneration of labor  is 7,8 USD per hour or 1500 dollars per month.
Your wages depend on position; depending on this circumstance it can be between 350 to 1500 USD. Also many vacancies provide tips or % from sales. Career growth, and also increment in salary are possible in the United Arab Emirates in process of experience gaining. So, for example, in Dubai a waitresses has the start salary 350-650 USD + tips + bonuses, and also free residence and meals. After 1 year of work this waitress’ salary can be increased up to twice, sure, if she works well. I.e., promotion is possible, basically, on all vacancies.

We will not consider positions with the big salary further, because in most cases you can get these vacancies in the process of career growth, i.e., not from the very beginning.

What does wages consist of:

  • Wages or basic salary: depending on hotel and vacancy is between 1000 and 2500 UAE dirhams monthly (Front Office, F&B).
  • Additional payment for service: What is it? A client gets a bill in which, besides service cost, % for service is specified. The received total amount is divided among all hotel (restaurant) employees due to the certain formula.
  • Additional payment for knowledge of several foreign languages: is in many hotels (restaurants), but specific conditions can vary and occasionally strongly enough. Some hotels pay extra for knowledge of any foreign language, and some - only for knowledge of some definite, considered the most necessary language for work in this hotel. The amount of additional payment can differs also.
  • Bonuses: are paid for «the best worker of month», «the best worker of year» etc.
  • Tips: this point doesn't need comments.


As a result, earnings consist of basic salary + additional payment for service + tips + other bonuses, depending on hotel.

I want to work in the United Arab Emirates. What should I begin with?

Pay attention, work in the United Arab Emirates is one of the most promising directions for today. In this country attendants to hotels and restaurants are required permanently, i.e. the program is all-the-year-round, the work contract and the employment visa are executed, employers bear the full responsibility for the employee, due to the labor legislation in case of dismissal the air ticket to home is bought. The most important thing is that, this is one of few directions, where the promotion is more than is real for our fellow citizens.

What is necessary to pay special attention to?

  • Desirable position: it is necessary to appraise impartially the chances. It is of little importance for employers, that the candidate has graduated from the university with in a specialty "Turbine building" or other similar achievements of which many candidates are proud. It makes no sense to send documents to the UAE with requests about higher wages, than it is stated in a certain position. The wage level depends on vacancy, your qualification and will total from 350 to 1500$. Also many vacancies provide tips or % from sales. How interview with the employer is held?

There are some variants of interview passing.
The first variant of interview passing – remote interview. Thus, you don't need to come to other city for personal meeting with the representative of the company. Such interviews are held by phone or with usage of the computer with the webcam and programs Skype (www.skype.com).
The second variant is a personal interview in Kiev or Kharkov. As a rule, it is held by personnel managers or F&B managers of various hotel networks or trading companies. For personal interview passing it is necessary for you to arrive to the city, where it is held (in case you live in other city) for one day. It is enough to arrive to the venue in the morning, and by the evening you can leave home, so that cuts down your expenses on a trip. Interview takes no more than 20-30 minutes, but queue waiting can take a few hours; also sometimes employers hold presentation of the company before interview. There is a question: and if I arrive, spend my free time, money for road and I will not pass the interview? Unconditionally, we try to reduce an amount of the candidates who have arrived from other cities and the countries in vain. For this purpose, as it was mentioned above, it is necessary to fill authentically Application Form and then we will have a possibility to estimate your chances for a certain position at some employer, and also to send your form to the employer for preliminary evaluation. Undoubtedly, much also depends on you. At 100 % correspondence to criteria of selection of some employer,  up to 20 % depends on how you show yourself on the interview.

You are in Kharkov, and I am not. Can I find a job through your company in the United Arab Emirates?

Yes, sure. Our company adjusted remote cooperation with all regions of Ukraine and the near abroad. If at present employers carry out distance staff hiring and interview is held by means of skype or phone, so your location doesn’t matter and you shouldn’t come to Kharkov. Is the work with the beloved person in the UAE possible?

It is possible, BUT:

  • due to the laws of the United Arab Emirates an unmarried couple aren't allowed to live together in one room;
  • we can't guarantee employment of both candidates;
  • we can't guarantee employment in the same restaurant (hotel).

Also employment of young couples with officially registered marriage is complicated, since for some reasons very few employers are ready to accept young families.

Do you employ other specialists: sellers, managers, administrators etc.?

We don't employ managers, administrators of various departments, sellers, musicians, builders, doctors and so on in the United Arab Emirates, only attendants in hotels and restaurants are required. If these proposals are not suitable for you, there is no sense to fill CV and to start correspondence afterwards.

For what term is the work contract concluded?

Usually work contracts are concluded for 2-3 years in the United Arab Emirates. Pay attention, the employer, inviting the candidate to work, incurs expenditures which are about 1000 dollars, so he doesn’t benefit by inviting of the candidate for the short period.
We don’t employ candidates, who want to work in the United Arab Emirates just for some months.

What kind of visa is executed?

Entrance to the country is carried out due to Employment Visa (the sample of the visa). The process of execution is carried out on the territory of the United Arab Emirates without your involvement. Employment Visa is valid within 60 days and allows you to work only for that employer who is specified. During the mentioned period, being on the territory of the United Arab Emirates, after medical board passing, the employer executes Resident Visa for 3 years for you, including Stay Permit and Work Permit. It is absolutely legal procedure completely corresponding to the labor legislation of the United Arab Emirates. Any person has the right to contact embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Moscow (there is mutual embassy of the United Arab Emirates for both Russia and Ukraine) for notarization of the employment visa due to its number and also to make sure of activity legality of the employer, who has issued it (Sponsor).

Following documents are necessary for visa obtaining:

  • Work contract signed by the employer and the candidate (a copy is also appropriate).
  • Color copy of the1st page of the candidate’s international passport.
  • Digital photo 3*4 on a white background.

Is refusal of visa possible?

There are almost no refusals of Employment Visa. But in case of refusal, due to our agreement for employment, the money paid for participation in the program, are returned to the candidate.

How much time does pass from application to employment?

Periods depend on many reasons. On the average, from the moment of sending of your CV to the employer to the invitation for interview pass from 3 days to 3 weeks; in case of successfully passing interview by the candidate, the work contract is given to him from 3 days to 3 weeks; from the moment of the work contract signing to the moment of the visa obtaining pass from 5 days to 6 weeks; after visa obtaining departure to work is carried out during 2-5 days.

As a result, employment process is carried out during from 2 weeks to 2 months.
